Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Ensure timely feedback, approvals, and communication
• Supply required content and resources when requested

Payments

Payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice. Late payments may lead to service suspension.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of KodeVision until full payment is received unless stated otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information.

Limitation of Liability

KodeVision shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated.

Changes to Terms

KodeVision may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance.
